How to Archive a Case?
Archive cases you no longer need to manage actively, keeping your workspace organized. Here's how.
Step 1: Locate the Case
Go to the Cases section and find the case you wish to archive. Click the three-dot menu next to the case.

Step 2: Select Archive
From the dropdown, choose Archive. A confirmation dialog will appear.

Step 3: Confirm Archiving
Review the case details and click Archive to finalize. The case will be moved to the Archive section in your account settings which you can access anytime.
