How to Edit a Case

Effortlessly update case details on Sky AI to ensure accuracy and completeness. Follow these steps.

Step 1: Locate the Case

Navigate to the Cases section from the dashboard. Find the case you want to edit and click the three-dot menu beside it.

Step 2: Select Edit

From the dropdown menu, click Edit. The case details form will open.

Step 3: Update Case Details

Make the necessary changes to fields such as:

• Name
• Date of Birth
• Date of Loss
• Claim Number

Click Save to apply the updates.

Step 4: Confirmation

Your changes will be reflected immediately in the Cases list.
