How to Create a New Case
Managing cases on Sky AI is intuitive and efficient. Creating a new case allows you to organize and track important details seamlessly. Follow these steps to get started.
Step 1: Start a New Case
Note: If you have not created a case before, the cases screen will look similar to the screen below:

Navigate to the Cases section and click the Create Case button.

Step 2: Fill in Case Details
Enter the required details such as:
- Name
- Date of Birth
- Optional fields: Date of Loss and Claim/Case Number
Click Continue.

Step 3: Confirm Information
Review the entered details on the confirmation screen. Check for any similar existing cases. Click Create Case to finalize.

Step 4: Success
Once your case has been successfully created, you will be taken to the case view where you have the option to upload files immediately.

Your case will now appear in the Cases list, showing its status and other details.
