Scribe Commands


This quick reference guide outlines the available voice and text commands you can use while scribing. These commands help you edit, format, and structure your notes in real time without needing to manually adjust the text. Use them as you dictate to improve efficiency, maintain clean formatting, and streamline your workflow.


Editing Commands

  • "scratch that" → Deletes the last phrase or sentence
  • "delete last sentence" → Removes the previous sentence
  • "replace X with Y" → Replaces specific text X with Y exactly

Formatting Commands

  • "make a bullet list" → Converts following items into an HTML bullet list
  • “make a numbered list"
  • "new paragraph" → Inserts a paragraph break 

Text Styling Commands

  • "capitalize this" → Capitalizes the preceding text
  • "lowercase this" → Lowercases the preceding text
  • "bold this" → Bolds the preceding text
