How to Reset Your Password

Resetting your password is simple and secure. Follow these steps.

Step 1: Request a Password Reset

On the login page, click Forgot Password? and enter your registered email. Click Reset Password.

Step 2: Check Your Email

Open the email from Sky AI with the subject “Reset Your Password” and click the Reset Password button. This link is valid for 24 hours.

Step 3: Set a New Password

Enter and confirm your new password on the reset page. Click Save Password.

Step 4: Success

A confirmation message will appear. You can now log in with your new password.
