How to Generate a Report

Sky allows you to create structured, AI-assisted reports directly from your case. You can choose from predefined templates, review automatically generated content, and export a polished report with just one click.

Step 1: Open a Case

Navigate to the Cases page and select the case where you want to generate a report. Opening the case provides access to all related documents, categories, and reporting tools.

Step 2: Launch Sky

Click Launch Sky to open the document workspace. The interface includes the document list on the left, the page viewer in the center, and the tools panel on the right.

Step 3: Open Report Tab

In the right-hand panel, switch to the Report tab. Use the dropdown menu to browse and select one of the available report templates suitable for your case type.

Step 4: Generate the Report

Click Generate to start building the report. Sky will analyze your selected template, extract relevant information from the case documents, and compile a structured draft automatically.

Step 5: Review and Expand

Click Maximize to expand the report panel to full screen. Review the generated text, make edits if necessary, and refine the content before finalizing. Sky automatically saves your progress as you work.

Step 6: Export (Optional)

When your report is ready, click Export to download it as a file or share it with your team. Exported reports retain formatting and template structure for easy archiving and distribution.
