How to Record and Transcribe Notes
Sky allows you to dictate your thoughts directly into a case and automatically convert them into clean, structured text. The Dictation feature helps you quickly capture notes, observations, or case details without manual typing.
Step 1: Open a Case
Navigate to the Cases page and select the case where you want to record a note. Opening the case provides access to all related documents, notes, and other tools.

Step 2: Launch Sky
Click Launch Sky to open the document workspace. The interface includes the document list on the left, the page viewer in the center for browsing case documents, and the tools panel on the right.

Step 3: Switch to Notes Tab
In the right-hand tools panel, select the Notes tab. This section allows you to view existing notes or create new ones related to the case.

Step 4: Start Recording
Click the microphone icon to begin dictation. Speak clearly and naturally — Sky automatically transcribes your voice, adds punctuation, and removes filler words to produce a polished note.

Step 5: Stop and Review
Click Stop when you finish speaking. The transcribed text will appear instantly in the Notes tab. You can review and edit the text before saving; all updates are automatically timestamped and attributed to your account.
