Customize how Sky AI understands and categorizes your documents by configuring categories in the global Settings area. Detailed descriptions and instructions help Sky AI sort more efficiently.
Accessing Category Management:
Navigate to category management through the following steps: User Avatar Dropdown -> Settings -> Categories.
Overview of Category Configuration Fields:
When creating or editing categories, you'll encounter several fields that influence how Sky AI processes documents:
- Name: The category's title (e.g., "Contracts," "Invoices").
- Definition: A clear description of what this category encompasses.
- Color: A visual cue for easy identification.
- Naming Conventions: Define how the AI should name extracted sections related to this category.
- Naming Examples: Provide examples to guide the AI in naming sections accurately.
- Key Topics: List the main subjects or themes associated with the category.
- Expected Content: Describe the type of information you expect to find in this category.

Viewing Detailed Information for an Existing Category:
Click on a category to view its detailed configuration, including all the fields mentioned above.
Editing an Existing Category's Details:

Adding a New Category Manually:
- Click the "+ Add Category" button.
- Fill in the configuration fields with the appropriate information.
- Save the new category.
Bulk Updating Categories:

- Click the "Bulk Update" button.
- Download: Download the current category list as a CSV file.
- Edit: Modify the CSV file with your desired changes. Ensure the file format remains consistent.
