Why Organize Your DocList?

Organizing your DocList improves the context for Sky AI, allowing it to work more efficiently with your documents. A well-structured DocList also enhances your personal workflow, making it easier to find and manage your files.

Working with Categories:

Categories are how Sky AI sorts your documents. Clear descriptions and instructions for each category help the AI work more effectively.

  • Reordering Categories: Reorder categories in the DocList to prioritize important document types.
  • Moving Documents/Sections: Drag and drop documents or sections from one category to another to reclassify them.
  • Creating a New Category: Create a new category on-the-fly within "Launch Sky" by clicking the "+ Category" button. This allows you to quickly adapt your organization to new document types or projects.
  • Renaming Categories: Category names can be edited in the settings.
  • Deleting Categories: Categories can be deleted in the settings.

Working with Documents/Sections:

  • Reordering Documents/Sections: Reorder documents or sections within a category to prioritize specific files.
  • Moving Documents/Sections: Move entire documents or sections between different categories to reclassify them.

Working with Individual Pages:

  • Moving a Single Page: Move a single page from one document/section to another.
  • Moving a Single Page to a Different Category: Move a single page to a different category.
  • Splitting Documents: Split documents by moving pages to new or existing sections. This allows you to create new, more focused documents.

Best Practices for Structuring Your DocList:

  • Use clear and descriptive category names.
  • Organize documents logically within each category.
  • Regularly review and update your DocList to ensure it remains well-organized.
  • Provide detailed descriptions and instructions to help AI to work more efficiently.
