Advanced Document Organization in Launch Sky
Master the drag-and-drop features to precisely structure your case documents and categories, and learn how to create new categories on the fly.
Reorganizing Your DocList Structure:
- Moving entire sections or documents between different categories: Drag and drop sections or documents from their current category to the desired new category.
- Changing the order of sections or documents within a single category: Click and drag sections or documents up or down within the category to reorder them.
- Changing the order of categories themselves: Reorder categories by dragging and dropping them within the DocList panel.
Managing Pages within Sections:
- Moving individual pages from one section/document to another: Drag individual pages from one section or document and drop them into the desired destination section or document.
Creating New Categories In-Context:
- Using the "+ Category" button in the DocList panel: Click the "+ Category" button located in the DocList panel to create a new category.
- Quickly adding a new category while working within "Launch Sky": This allows you to add categories on the fly, directly within the document management interface.
